Web development baseline
The new baseline for web development from Line Engineering shows that we've still got a long way to go before websites are properly accessible and performant.
Great, data-filled post from Line Engineering on the new baseline for web development now that Internet Explorer is (mostly) out of the picture. This is news to basically no one, but most web users are being poorly served by JS-heavy, inaccessible websites that don't run performantly on the majority of devices and don't work well when navigated using anything but Google Chrome.
The HTTP Archive provides a good deal of the data for this post from their Web Almanac project.
